A large living area, an open kitchen space with a view on the salt banks. Behind the living area on the ground floor a parental suite with a mezannine and bathroom, three more bedrooms will be created upstairs with a bathroom, and a seperate play-room for the kids will be created on the ground floor behind the brick facade ans well as a fully equipped laundry room.
The house will have a dark wooden and old brick aspect, a large terrace will surround the house overlooking the garden, creating several relaxing areas. La Mer will be able to welcome up to 10 people as from April 2025 on. Baby’s are welcome, a travel cot is available.
